Practical Miles
Region 1: .97 cents per loaded mile plus incentives
Region 2: .88 cents per loaded mile plus incentives
Region 3: .86 cents per loaded mile plus incentives
Authorized dead-head: .59 cents per mile
Safety Bonus: .01 per mile quarterly
Quarterly Mileage Bonus: .02 per mile quarterly
Hazardous Material Pay: .20 per loaded mile
Safety Bonus: Additional .01 on ALL paid miles in ALL
regions (paid quarterly).
Mileage Incentive Bonus: Additional .02 paid per mile
when an Owner Operator exceeds 27,000 miles per quarter. (paid
quarterly)
Haz Mat Bonus: Extra .20 per Loaded mile from pickup
point of Haz Mat freight to destination of Haz Mat freight.
Annual Mileage Bonus: .01 per mile for 100,000 miles and
.02 per mile for 120,000 miles.
New York Island Bonus: $200.00 Bonus paid for loads
picking up or delivering to a city on the island. (see memo for
details)
Paid Road and Fuel Tax: We administer and pay your road
and fuel tax.
Licensing Program: If you maintain 100,000 miles per
year, you will be credited 25% to 100% of your license fee
depending on the number of years leased to B J Transport.
Driver Assist: $40.00 per hour for authorized loading or
unloading of frieght.
Detention Policy: $40.00 per hour after 2 hours. (driver
must follow detention procedure)
Chicago Allowance: $20.00 allowance for pickups or
deliveries in the following Chicago zip code prefixes: 600-608.
Exceptions :
- VA - The following VA zip
codes are paid at region 1 rates: 201, 220, 221, 222, 223,
226.
- Region 3 supersedes all
other regions.
- Region 1 rates supersedes
region 2.
- Loads originating in region
1, destined for region 2 and under 1,000 miles, would
qualify for the region 1 rate on their next load.
Definitions:
Outbound Shipments - Loads
originating within 150 miles of Afton, MN destined for points
outside of MN.
